Please Note: Sizes given are approximate and vary slightly, as each scarf is hand-cut and sewn by our tailors. The colors shown on your monitor may vary slightly from the actual scarf colors. Beau Monde Organics Scarves come in multiple sizes; be sure to check the width and length measurements displayed for each item prior to purchase.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
All orders have a flat $5.95 charge for USPS First Class shipments within the continental U.S., for each scarf to a single address. Flat Shipping Fee includes shipping and handling charges.

FLAT RATE: $5.95 - Standard USPS First Class Shipping

FLAT RATE: $6.95 - Standard USPS First Class Shipping, with Insurance

2-Day Shipping: via UPS (a real-time shipping quote will generate at Checkout)

Next-Day Shipping: via UPS (a real-time shipping quote will generate at Checkout)

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

We are happy to do exchanges. We are happy to offer an exchange for an item received. You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization before doing so. Not all scarves are available at all times. If we are out of your initial exchange item we can suggest an in-stock selection or you may request to be notified you when your exchange item is back in stock.

 We also accept returns.  You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization before doing so. Please give us the opportunity to improve our product and service to you by letting us know your reason for return. (optional)

To Return or Exchange:
Contact us via the e-mail contact page to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization, and we will handle your return or exchange promptly. Be sure to fill out all fields, especially the the item number  and order number. Indicate a 'Return For Refund' or  'Return For Exchange', and then specify another in-stock item to be shipped.

Once you have received your e-mail authorization, Ship your item, with your packing slip enclosed, to:

You pay all return shipping costs.  Shipping costs and tax, if any, will be excluded from any refund credits.
We will notify you upon receipt of your returned item. We then will either confirm your credit or, for an exchange, send a confirmation notice once your item is shipped. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
Yes, we can ship international orders! PRIOR TO placing your order, please contact us. Additional shipping changes will apply. You may also be responsible for customs duties.  We will be happy to assist you, obtain a quote specific to your order and advise you of special instructions. (Please note some country restrictions may apply)
