ORDERING FROM BEAUMONDEORGANICS.COM
You may pay for your order by your choice of VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or via PayPal. Select from any of these safe and secure payment options in the Billing portion of the Order Checkout process.
SECURE & SAFE ONLINE PAYMENTS
Payments on beaumondeorganics.com are processed via STRIPE Payment Gateway. STRIPE is Certified as Level 1 PCI DSS compliant; the highest level of online security certification available. If you choose to pay via PayPal, they also have the same Level 1 PCI DSS compliant security.
'SHOP AS GUEST' OPTIONS
You don't need to create an account to order from BMO's online shop. Simply select 'Checkout as a Guest' from the Checkout page. If you do want us to save your information in a BMO account, we'll save all your shipping, payment and ordering information, for even easier future shopping. You'll also have access to creating and using your 'Wish List' feature. If that's your preference, select 'Register an Account' to quickly and easily create an online shopping account with us.
We collect and add CA state sales tax to any orders with shipping to destinations inside the state of California. No taxes are collected for customers not residing in California with orders shipped to destinations outside of California, USA.
ORDERING FOR SHIPMENTS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
To ship items to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each address.
MULTIPLE ITEMS IN AN ORDER
You may ship up to 3 items to a single address, per package, for the Flat Rate Shipping Fee to apply. Please Contact Us if you have a single order with 4 or more items, so we may assist you to calculate the correct shipping fees for your order, or you may select the Real-Time Quote features for an immediate shipping quote via the carrier of your choice.

SHIPPING, COST & DELIVERY
FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING
We ship via USPS for a Flat Rate of $6.95 per Order/Domestic Address. This Standard Shipping applies to orders shipping within the continental United States. Your order ships via First Class or Priority Shipping, our choice. You may select other options, at additional cost.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Your order is packed for shipping, via your selected method, within 1-3 days of order receipt, dependent upon your shipping selection and business days within your order timeframe. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once order has shipped, with expected delivery date and any available tracking number. Once we have shipped your order, please use the provided tracking number on the carrier's website to follow delivery.
Expedited Shipping, such as Next Day or 2-Day is possible via UPS or Fed-Ex. Use our 'RealTime Quote' feature at checkout to figure the best shipping cost available for your expedited order.
We have International shipping available, but some Country restrictions may apply. You may use our 'RealTime Quote' to access International Shipping options at checkout. You'll be able to see what countries we ship to, and figure the best shipping cost available for your international order. Please note that you may need to pay additional customs duties.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Not Perfectly Happy With Your Purchase? You may return a purchased item, for any reason, by contacting us for a Return Authorization. Please Contact Us, entering the requested information, especially the item description and order number. Indicate 'Return For Refund' in message section and any other information you'd care to include. We'll issue an Return Authorization for your item(s) via e-mail and will let you know the details of your refund credit processing. You pay for return shipping to the address we provide in the Return Authorization notice. We highly recommend to include insurance for the returned item(s) value. All items must be returned in clean, unused and saleable condition, with tags and original packing tissue, if possible. We must receive your item(s) in this pristine condition for us to be able to issue a refund credit.
Change Your Mind? We're happy to Exchange your item for any in-stock item. We're happy to offer exchanges. Please Contact Us, Indicate 'Return For Exchange', enter the requested information, especially the the order number, item number of returned item, andspecify another in-stock item to be shipped. We will issue an Exchange Authorization for your exchange for another item and an address to return your item for exchange. We highly recommend to include insurance for the returned item(s) value. All items must be returned in clean, unused and saleable condition, with tags and original packing tissue, if possible. You will pay for the cost for return shipping, but Beau Monde Organics will pay to ship out your exchanged item to you.
NOTE: Not all scarves, in all sizes or colorways, are available at all times. Please check the online shop to be sure we have your item in stock before selecting it for an exchange item.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
You have 35 days from the Shipping Date when your order was shipped before you are no longer able to request Return or Exchange on a purchased item.
